NEW SHIPPING SCHEDULE


Starting 3/13, our staff will be working remotely to keep themselves and our community healthy and safe, and we will be shipping your orders out once or twice a week as we're able to safely return to our office to do so.

  

SHIPPING & PROCESSING GUIDELINES


All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. please see above note.

A member of the Anna Beck customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Standard International shipping is free for shipments outside of the US. If your country is not available to ship to, please email contact@annabeck.com and we will assist you with your purchase. 

Anna Beck accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Anna Beck has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Anna Beck, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS


If you choose to refuse your shipments from Anna Beck, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Anna Beck.

PRIVACY


Anna Beck takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
