What are Anna Beck Rewards?

By joining Anna Beck Rewards, you earn points with every purchase to redeem discounts, early access to new collections, and more.

How do I join your rewards program?

Visit our Anna Beck Rewards page and select "Join Now"

How do I check my reward points?

Once you've signed up for the Anna Beck Rewards, you can login at any time by clicking on the “Earn Rewards” widget located on our website.

How do I redeem my reward points?

When you’ve earned enough points, you can spend them to redeem a special reward. To redeem a reward and get your unique rewards coupon code, you can click Redeem on the desired and earned discount. As soon as a reward is redeemed, your points balance will be adjusted, removing the points cost. A unique reward coupon code is generated and displayed, ready for you to use.

How do I use my unique code for my purchase?

To check your rewards, you can click on your loyalty widget, which will be located when viewing your cart. Here you can copy your unique code and make your way to the checkout page. After entering your unique coupon code into the Discount Field on the checkout page you will automatically see the discount apply to your order.

What is gold plated jewelry?

Gold plated jewelry features layers of gold over a base metal. Anna Beck pieces are 18k Gold or Rose Gold plated over solid .925 Sterling Silver.

Gold plated jewelry offers a more affordable option compared to solid gold. Most commonly gold plated jewelry uses a base metal of brass or copper. Anna Beck chooses to gold plate on top of a base of sterling silver which gives each piece of jewelry more value and a quality that can last lifetimes.

Some Anna Beck jewelry is distinguished as gold vermeil. This means the gold plating has a base metal of sterling silver and the gold plating is at least 2.5 microns thick. This is often a thicker plating than used in standard gold plating.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

No, Anna Beck pieces are 18k Gold or Rose Gold plated over .925 Sterling Silver.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Due to nature’s elements, 18k gold plated and sterling silver jewelry can fade or tarnish over time. Avoid contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume & lotion. We recommend using our two-piece jewelry cleaning cloth to keep your jewelry looking new. To ensure longevity, safely store your pieces in a jewelry box or bag.

How do I use your jewelry cleaning cloth?

Use the interior cloth to remove tarnishing without scratching, and then follow up with the exterior cloth to restore that beautiful shine.

My older pieces have tarnished over time. Can I send them in to be replated?

Due to nature’s elements, plated and sterling jewelry can fade or tarnish over time. Tarnished jewelry is not eligible for repair. We recommend that you visit your local jeweler for replating services, which many offer, which is faster and more economical than sending your piece to our Bali workshop.


To protect the finish on your piece, we suggest avoiding contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume, and lotion when wearing the jewelry. To ensure longevity, safely store your pieces in a jewelry box or bag. We also recommend using our Jewelry Cleaning Cloth to give your pieces an occasional cleaning to remove some of the tarnish and restore shine.

How can I find out my ring size?

We offer two different ways to determine your ring size by using our Ring Size Guide.

The item I want is sold out. Can I be notified when it comes back in stock?

If an item is out of stock, we feature an “Email When Available” button on each product page. Enter your email address and you will receive a notification when the item becomes available again.

How can I see or try Anna Beck pieces on in person?

You can find Anna Beck at many different jewelry stores and boutiques around the world! You can use our Store Finder feature on our site and enter your zip code to find a store near you.

What form of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Anna Beck gift cards, Paypal Express, and Afterpay.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to split your purchase across 4 installments, due every two weeks. All payments are interest-free and there are no additional costs,*as long as you pay on time. *You must be over 18, a resident of the U.S. and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify.

To utilize Afterpay, select it as your form of payment during checkout. Once selected, you will be redirected to their website to finish your checkout process. Anna Beck has no control over Afterpay terms and cannot adjust payments after your order has been placed.

I have multiple promo codes. Can I use them all?

Only one promo code can be applied per order. Each promo code will have its own terms and conditions per items/collections.

If you would like to use a different promo code than an automatic discount code that might apply during a sale we're running, you can remove the applied discount code during the checkout process and switch them out.

How do I receive exclusive SMS offers?

What is the SMS sign up offer?

By signing up to recieve our texts, you unlock a $25 off discount code that will be sent via text message. This discount can be used on your first order of $250+. Full priced items only & not valid on charity pieces or gift sets.

Do you have a repair service?

Yes, all pieces purchased on are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers a range of issues, including but not limited to broken chains, stone defects, and design defects.

Replacement Guarantee: If your item experiences any of the covered issues within the 1-year warranty period, and stock allows, we will replace your item free of charge to expedite the 10-12 week repair window. Our aim is to ensure that you continue to enjoy your Anna Beck jewelry without any inconvenience.

For items purchased outside of the warranty period or from a third-party retailer, we are still here to assist you in the repair process. Simply provide proof of the purchase date, and we will facilitate the repair for a nominal fee. The repair fee is $50, plus an additional $10 for shipping your item to our workshop in Bali.

Please note that our repair policy does not cover accidental damage, negligence, and natural tarnishing that may occur over time.

Can I have my item repaired or restored beyond one year?

For items purchased outside of the warranty period or from a third-party retailer, we are still here to assist you in the repair process. Simply provide proof of the purchase date, and we will facilitate the repair for a nominal fee. The repair fee is $50, plus an additional $10 for shipping your item to our workshop in Bali.

What is the repair cost for?

Repairs that are outside of the 1-year warranty or purchased from a third-party retailer comes with a repair fee of $50, plus an additional $10 for shipping your item to our workshop in Bali.

The fee consists of the labor cost for our skilled artisans who will be repairing and refurbishing pieces by those who create each piece by hand at our workshop in Bali & the shipping fee which includes the shipping to and from our workshop in Bali and then back to you. 

How long will it take to repair and/or restore my piece?

All repairs and restorations are sent back to the original artisans at our workshop in Bali, Indonesia. Please allow a minimum of 10-12 weeks for your item to be restored and returned.

I lost an earring, can I order just one?

Although we do not have single earrings available, we can have the matching mate handcrafted for you at our workshop in Bali.

To begin the process, please fill out our Repair Inquiry Form. Be sure to include an image of your single earring using the "Upload An Image Button". Once the form is completed, someone from our team will get back to you with next steps including the repair estimate and timeframe.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 12pm (PT) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (PT) Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days.

Can I expedite my shipping?

All orders receive free ground shipping worldwide. We offer the below expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping time frames begin once your order has been shipped; within 1-2 business days of your Order Confirmation date.

How do I track my order?

Order Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Out For Delivery email where you can track the status of your shipment by clicking the TRACK SHIPMENT button. A Shipment Delivered email will also be sent when your order has been delivered.

Can I change or update my order?

To make any changes to your order, email: If your order is still in our facility we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to start a return once your order has been received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Standard International shipping is free for shipments outside of the US. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Anna Beck has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What if I have both Pre-Order and In Stock items on my order?

In stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Pre-Order items will be shipped separately based on the Estimated Delivery dates listed. You will receive a second Out For Delivery email with tracking information once your pre-order items have been shipped.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes UPS marks packages as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. 

How do I return an item? will accept items for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of your order confirmation date. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Sale and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable.

All returns must be approved by Anna Beck and issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To start your return, click the link below to be directed to our Returns Center. Please allow our customer service team 3-5 business days to approve your return.

What if my item is beyond the 15 day return window?

Approved items returned after 15 to 30 days of your order confirmation date, will receive store credit only in the form of an gift card. After 30 days, items will not be accepted for return. All return inquiries must be submitted through our returns site:

Can I return an order that had a free gift with purchase?

If returning an order that includes a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Return shipping labels are $6 and will be deducted from your total return amount. Once your return has been submitted and approved through our returns page, you will be emailed your pre-paid return shipping label. If you are exchanging your item then the return label will be free!

My item doesn’t fit, can I exchange for a different size?

Exchanges are processed like a return. To exchange an item, visit our returns page to start a return and select “need an exchange”. Once you have selected the right size, we will process your exchange immediately even before receiving the original item! Please send back your original item by following the instructions during the exchange process.

I sent in my return, how long until my credit is received?

Once our customer care team has received your package, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

What is an "Instant Refund Gift Card" and how do I use it?

Once you go through the returns steps online, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund Credit in the form of an electronic gift card. The Instant Refund Credit will be equal to the value of your returns and gives you the option to place a new order right away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.

What happens if I don’t use my "Instant Refund''?

Not a problem! If you change your mind and instead would like to have your items refunded back to the original form of payment, please continue with sending your item(s) back to us! Once your returning item(s) are checked in, we will deactivate the Instant Refund gift card and issue a refund for any outstanding balance back to your original payment method (or issue an exchange if you requested one).

What happens if the item I am repurchasing costs more or less than the original purchase?

If you are purchasing an item that costs more than the original purchase, you will have the option to pay the difference during the return/exchange process. If you purchase an item that costs less than the original purchase, then you will receive a refund for the difference back to the original form of payment.
