Shipping & Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. 

Orders placed before 12pm (PT) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (PT) Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. 

A member of the Anna Beck customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.


Domestic Shipping Rates

All US orders $250+ receive free ground shipping. US orders under $250 come with a $10 ground shipping fee. We offer the below expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping time frames begin once your order has been dispatched from our Los Angeles facility, not from the day your order was placed.

International Shipping Policies

All orders being shipped to Canada come with a $25 shipping fee. 

All other International orders come with a $45 shipping fee. If your country is not available to ship to, please email contact@annabeck.com and we will assist you with your purchase.

The expected arrival time for International orders is 5-7 business days after shipment.

Anna Beck accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Anna Beck has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Anna Beck, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments from Anna Beck, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Anna Beck.

 

PRIVACY

Anna Beck takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow a minimum of one business day to see movement. If you are having trouble with your tracking number, please email: contact@annabeck.com.

Sign-in to track & manage your order

Pre-order items will be shipped between the estimated delivery dates provided. You will receive an additional shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your pre-order item has shipped, if you have both in stock and pre-order items on the same order. Please note, pre-order items cannot be expedited.

  

Returns & Exchanges 

AnnaBeck.com will accept items for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of your order confirmation date. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Sale and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable.

All returns must be approved by Anna Beck and issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To start your return, click the link below to be directed to our Returns Center. Please allow our customer service team 3-5 business days to approve your return.

All merchandise purchased from our website must be returned directly to Anna Beck, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.

Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Sale and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable. 

 If returning an order that includes a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

Repairs & Restorations 

To keep your jewelry clean, remove tarnish, and restore its shine we recommend using one of our cleaning cloths. Visit our Materials & Care page for more information.

All pieces purchased on AnnaBeck.com are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers a range of issues, including but not limited to broken chains, stone defects, and design defects.

All repairs and restorations are sent back to the original artisans at our workshop in Bali, Indonesia. Please allow a minimum of 10-12 weeks for your item to be restored and returned.

Replacement Guarantee: If your item experiences any of the covered issues within the 1-year warranty period, and stock allows, we will replace your item free of charge to expedite the 10-12 week repair window. Our aim is to ensure that you continue to enjoy your Anna Beck jewelry without any inconvenience.

For items purchased outside of the warranty period or from a third-party retailer, we are still here to assist you in the repair process. Simply provide proof of the purchase date, and we will facilitate the repair for a nominal fee. The repair fee is $50, plus an additional $10 for shipping your item to our workshop in Bali.

Please note that our repair policy does not cover accidental damage, negligence, and natural tarnishing that may occur over time.
