NEW SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Starting 3/13, our staff will be working remotely to keep themselves and our community healthy and safe, and we will be shipping your orders out less frequently during the week.
  

Shipping & Processing Guidlines

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. please see above note for new shipping schedule.

A member of the Anna Beck customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

International Shipping Policies

Standard International shipping is free for shipments outside of the US. If your country is not available to ship to, please email contact@annabeck.com and we will assist you with your purchase. 

Anna Beck accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Anna Beck has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Anna Beck, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments from Anna Beck, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Anna Beck.

PRIVACY

Anna Beck takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Tracking Your Package

If you would like to check the status of a shipped order, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about a pending order that are not addressed using the tracker, please contact us at 323.954.4700 or email: contact@annabeck.com

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please be aware that all Anna Beck merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Anna Beck, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.

AnnaBeck.com will accept items for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs (see below). For items returned after that period, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. 

 

SUBMITTING A RETURN:

A Return Authorization (RA#) MUST be obtained before returning any items.  To receive your RA#, please initiate a return by following this link:

Please submit or reach out to us with questions within 5 days of receiving your shipment, but allow our customer service team 7-10 days to process, which will not count towards your return window. If you have any questions, please email contact@annabeck.com. 

 

Repairs

Pieces purchased on AnnaBeck.com come with a one year warranty against all product defects. (Sale items excluded.) Upon proof of purchase, your item may be exchanged free of charge, less shipping costs. If your purchase is beyond one year, we offer repair and restoration services for a minimal fee + shipping charges. 

Every Anna Beck piece is hand crafted by our artisans in Bali. For this reason, our repair/restoration services may take up to 8 weeks.
