Shipping & Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. 

Orders placed before 12pm (PT) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (PT) Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. 

A member of the Anna Beck customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.


Domestic Shipping Rates

All orders receive free ground shipping worldwide. We offer the below expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping time frames begin once your order has been dispatched from our Los Angeles facility, not from the day your order was placed.

International Shipping Policies

FREE GROUND SHIPPING!

Standard International shipping is free for shipments outside of the US. If your country is not available to ship to, please email contact@annabeck.com and we will assist you with your purchase. 

 

Anna Beck accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Anna Beck has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Anna Beck, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments from Anna Beck, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Anna Beck.

 

PRIVACY

Anna Beck takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow a minimum of one business day to see movement. If you are having trouble with your tracking number, please email: contact@annabeck.com.

 

Pre-order items will be shipped between the estimated delivery dates provided. You will receive an additional shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your pre-order item has shipped, if you have both in stock and pre-order items on the same order. Please note, pre-order items cannot be expedited.

  

Returns & Exchanges 

All merchandise purchased from our website must be returned directly to Anna Beck, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.

 

AnnaBeck.com will accept items for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of your order shipment date. Items submitted for return after 15 days of your order shipment date, will receive store credit only in the form of an AnnaBeck.com gift card. After 30 days, items will not be accepted for return.

 

Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Sale and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable.

Repairs & Restorations

COVID-19 Update:

Due to an increase in COVID-19 levels across Southeast Asia, we have taken additional precautions to protect the health and safety of our artisans. As a result, we are experiencing slight delays in repair processing times. Our current repair timeline is 8-10 weeks. Thank you so much for your patience.

 

Pieces purchased on AnnaBeck.com come with a free one year repair and restoration warranty. This includes but is not limited to broken chains, tarnishing, stone and design defects. Additionally, if your items falls under the 1-year warranty and stock allows, we will replace your item to expedite the 8-10 repair window.

 

If your purchase is beyond one year or purchased through a third party retailer, we offer lifetime repair and restoration services for a fee + shipping charges.

 

For pieces outside of the warranty, we do charge a repair fee of $60 + $10 shipping fee associated with the restoration of your item. The fee is simply the labor cost for the artisans who with be repairing the pieces. We also charge a $10 shipping fee which includes the shipping to and from our workshop in Bali and then back to you.
